This week at the 2012 National Association of Broadcasters Show (NAB), MPS Broadband announced free use of their live streaming service, Peer2View®, for broadcasters throughout 2012.

LAS VEGAS — April 16, 2012 — The decision by many broadcasters to stream live events over the Internet has been greeted with excitement by viewers around the world.  At the same time, it is causing serious concerns among operators and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) due to questions surrounding the current infrastructure’s ability to support live video streaming on a large scale.
